What is corporate anthropology?

    Besides being one of the best new methods of raising profits, by understanding consumers, innovation with employees and analyzing
    competitors, a corporate anthropologist is trained to enter new situations and to assess trends, patterns, concepts and beliefs held by

    How it works:  For over 29 years we used anthropological methods for intense data collection in over 200 US cities.  This is not the
    person with a clipboard in the mall who is randomly asking people a question or two.  This is a scientific method of hiring individuals for
    multi-day interviews, home visitation, and long-term observation of personal attributes. Anthropologists are not known to drop into a
    tribal group, say a few hellos and questions, then extrapolate the dynamics of a culture.  We are meticulous and as complete as
    possible; think of the archaeological digs using toothbrushes and teeny scrapers.  Then project this into a population and you will have
    some idea of the vast effort the information collection process entails.

    Petabytes up to exabytes of information came together to create the ultimate in cultural reconstruction, placing an ethnographic
    concept per population group specific to geographic region or age cohort.  In some cases, we have tracked the same individuals time
    for an age/growth/change chart.  By learning the beliefs, the very culture of vast numbers of people, we can create a Reality Set of

    candy bars, car usage showing what consumer needs shall be in the next few years, what genres and issues will draw crowds into the
